I always try to talk in direct chat, for some reason I find killing other players harder once I've spoken to them, so I'd hope other players would be like that with me. Plus you can maybe 60/70% of the time tell what their intentions are from the sound of their voice.

It's purely self preservation for me, I don't like having people with an AS50 or M107 around so if I get the drop on them first they've had it. If someone is willing to talk I'll hear them out and make a judgement from there, if they're not communicating in anyway I don't like to risk it and I will...incapacitate them or leave them be if they haven't seen me and aren't equipped well enough to take me out. I will help bambis (preferably without a hatchet), and I make it clear to not follow me afterwards, but if they do they get a bullet because it makes me uneasy, even if they aren't well armed, or armed at all.

I've had large battleships spawned, gun boxes, thunderdome, one very creative hacker managed to make it so that every timeI tried to join a server my character shoots himself in the head with his hand, and basically all of the above.

Hi Just wondering if anyone has ever seen anything like this? It keeps happening every time I try to join and WILL not stop. I didn't even realise I was! I always thought if you clicked on that you just got kicked! I thought what I was on at the beginning was just the lobby?

Haha I must admit it's one of the more innovative ways I've seen myself killed by hackers.... Just this server though so I guess I can just play another one, it's just starting over and over again as a wee little bambi on the beach that's frustrating....I

Me and a few friends were on a Chernarus server a couple of days ago when we found a Ural, we stashed a few weapons in it, some food and we had a tent. Lovely. We then proceeded to head North and scavenge for a bit before calling it at night, the next day we log on and the the Ural is gone... along with our weapons, food, ammo...and tent. Thinking someone must have taken it we go for a scout around and find it 8000m away at Devil's castle and then it disappears as soon as we set our eyes on it...bye bye night vision fal. Last night on the same server me and a friend were in the military tents at Stary and I catch a glimpse of a wheel....IT WAS AN SUV. Freshly spawned it was untouched, until we touched it.... anyway we then drove that around for a bit doing normal Day Z stuff eventually it was a minute before server restart (there was no one else in the server) so we hopped out and waited (our eyes on the SUV the whole time). We log back in to the server (receiving...) , (waiting for chacter to create....) BAM no more SUV. Someone please explain why we keep losing our stuff, we also found a motorbike and a land rover that we fixed up and they haven't disappeared, so why the Ural and the SUV??

Ahh so the vehicles could be anywhere but the location we left them, but still with all the gear in?

This server is very good, been playing since the start of the new year and had no incidents with hackers etc. I take this back ^^ yesterday me and my friends were moved 14km away from there was last left the game, our SUV and Ural is gone, one of us has army gear with a red beret on, so now I'm guessing a hacker has hit this server.

Next time donate some of that $1000 dollars to your internet supplier to improve the connectivity in your area and settle for a gaming pc that will probably do everything you would need gaming wise anyway.
