    Thanks, but answers above are worthless. I'm not asking not about resolution, but about ASPECT RATIO. I don't see aspect ratio variable in DayZ.CFG and all available values in game settings are not suitable for 3440x1440 resolution which requires 21:9 aspect ratio. To help you understand what aspect ratio is - these three images show the same 3440x1440 resolution with different aspect ratios. Neither of these ratios are correct and image is either stretched or shrinked.

    I have 3440x1440 ultra wide monitor with aspect ratio 21:9. There is no in-game setting to set a proper aspect ratio, so when I try any available ratios (16:9,16:10), game image always has fish-eye effect. Changing field of view doesn't help too. How can I set 21:9 aspect ratio in DayZ.cfg ?

    I finally gave up DayZ because it's stupid to spend a week carefully crawling among zombies and collecting all necessary stuff just to be killed by immortal kiddie who sees everyone at server on a map and teleports to desired player to grab all the hard collected items. It seems that ARMA2 engine itself is ideal environment for hacks/scripts. And the most ridiculous thing is that honest players cannot even see a nickname of cheater killed them. P.S. Sorry for offtopic but I'm really fed up with that.

    Server name: DayZ US#1337 at GameServers com Server IP: 208.167.251.219:2302 My IP: 186.188.***.*** Time (approx): January 9, 07:37 GMT Ghillie dressed sniper appeared just few meters from me in a forest between Kozlovka and Nadezhdino. I opened fire and made 29 shots at him from AK74 while he was sitting still. He remained alive and then killed me when I was empty. I suspect GODMODE and TELEPORT hacks were used. Thanks
