Did you update the arma 2 beta patch? If you did already and it didn't work then I have no clue. -
They will have a big blood stain on them and look overall more bloodier than any normal zombie. Easiest way to tell is to look at their shirts.

Did you update to the latest arma beta patch you can do this trough commander also.
