    Wll the standalone be hard to run?

    It will be about the same but fps will be more stable as Rocket said. I hate having 80 - 100 fps outside of cities and inside 50 - 60 (40 if rains).
  2. I hope they will be ready for 1.5 mil from servers side point of view. Don't wanna do what was suggested above.

    How do you do? ** [NEW] - You can now boil water using a fire,TrashTinCan or ItemSodaEmpty and fullwaterbottleI I had fire place and full water bottle in my inventory but no option to boil it. aha ... i need trashcan ...... gonna try it out yeah it worked :) nice addtion

    "New Server Architecture Our lead programmer, Ondřej Španěl, continues his work on redeveloping our server architecture. Contrary to some who say DayZ will be releasing with no anti-hack mechanisms, one of the key things we are doing with development is entirely redeveloping how the engine works. I can’t stress enough just how fundamental this change is. DayZ’s game servers will function like servers in other MMO style games, that is the server will control the behavior and the sending of updates. No longer will your machine receive all the updates allowing their analysis by various cheats." So yes, pretty much everything will be server side controlled.

    Framerate in cities

    Have you guys noticed usage of CPU and GPU in or outside on the city? Outside of the city im getting around ~80% usage of GPU but inside the city the GPU usage drops down to ~40% which gets reflected on my FPS. I think the ARMA architecture has some things (bugs?) which are CPU bounded and doesn't matter what GPU you have you CPU will take over in city. My specs: i2500k @ 4.5 Ghz SLI MSI 580 Lightening 8 Gb RAM SSD drives

    Yeah it's fine. Every one can run "beclient players" command on command line and get all guid's for all connected players on the server.
