just a question regarding AS50 zoom, does this have a map for + and - buttons while looking down scope? I can range fine, but with the DMR you just hold L trigger and it zooms. Not the AS 50.. thanks

still no fix, been playing with the ATOC settings. Slight slight differences. Im living with it for now. have also changed the scene complexity in the CFG from default to 1 000 000 and 100 000 no luck

hey yea! thats what I was doing. Tinkering around and bam this came out. let me know. Have you tried the render options for all trees and all trees + grass? maybe try them all out. Also the .cfg file editing, cant even remember what I changed.

I did end up buying the G73SW! what a fucking beast of a laptop. its massive, but i didnt want it for portability. 2ghz i7, turbo to 3.2 ghz or something 8gb 1600 ram 120gb SSD and 500gb 7200rpm nvidia gtx 460m 1.5gb eat that dayz! getting some really good FPS on pretty high settings. Considering its a laptop...my desktop is about the same specs but with a gtx 570 and it does play much better, but still the laptop is incredible. so that being said, i bought the g73 used mint for $550 canadian. you can get that or the g53 (15" same spec) for great prices on ebay or local classifieds. there was some ebay listings for the g53, they sold for 300-400 canadian. keep in mind you want the SW version! it has the faster i7 and higher clock speed. As DayZ would prefer more ghz.

interesting, will try that tonight. sure enough i forgot all about it last night and drank crown royal and played lectro bandit sniper for far too long :)

again, lets rule out the TV LOL ive never seen this problem in ANY other game, i should try playing arma2 normally... it has to be something with dayz or nvidia

I have tried running in 59hz and 60 hz im not willing to drop below that. have also tried Vsync on and off. No change.

90% of US servers still not on 100296??? or is something a miss here? My dayz commander shows most of the US servers running 99153. I usually play on UK417 but i want to try another server, and am worried about using the USA 99153 servers...the only 100296 US ones have nameplates which i dont want. I can join the US 99153, but i am hesitant to keep playing on them. Maybe its a glitch with DayzCommander? or what? just dont want my character to lose any kit right now.. thank you
