    Hacker on FR 130

    His nickname is [Doctor]Dozer[Ru] Happened on FR 130 0:44 MSK First I saw him in Cherno sniping people from the roof of International Hotel. Of course he sniped me. But then, after I respawned in Elektro, I saw him again killing people with C4. And the time between I was dead and newly respawned was nearly 2 min. I dont think that he could just climb of that roof (without heli!) and with full equipment come to Elektro. Please punish him.
