Did you installed the newest patch of ArmA 2? Did you buy ArmA 2 and ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead on Steam? If so, right click each in your Steam library and try with "Verify integrity of game cache" under properties.

Remember December 2012 release date? People who gets hyped about every little thing and in the end they get disappointed, that's why and some people realize it takes some time to create a game and they say Rocket should take more time to improve the alpha. -
