Sure but perhaps they have enough time too gear up before they turn into a zombie, I mean there are military/medic camps in Chernarus because of the epidemic with infected soldiers. So enough time.

Zombie survivors makes sense. Surely not everyone is immune to the virus, who tries too survive. I like the idea.
