Why don't you know when the server is going to restart? The server you play on doesn't have warnings ahead of time? That's just poor admining.

Apparently you've been joining the wrong community servers then. Community servers with less guns, balanced loot, more zombies is the way to go!

Have you tried DZSALauncher instead?

The easiest way is to use OmegaManager. Search for "OmegaManager DayZ" and you'll find it. It uses a web interface to install the server and mods, even auto updates the mods for you. Very easy way to create a server.

Search the DayZ SA Workshop. There's mods for that already.

If people are stupid enough to pay for that stuff, good for them. If that's the kind of server they want to run, leave them be. I'd never play on a server like that. -

You have to use -servermod= in your command line and put the server side only mods in that part of the command line.

Gameservers.com is very expensive. Just Google "Dayz SA gsp" and you'll find lots of options.

Download DZSALauncher. It'll let you see all of the servers outside of the game and it'll download any mods you need for the server you select.
