    This isn't true, I play purely on public hive servers and I haven't encountered that many hackers. The public hives aren't controlled by hackers at all and you apparently haven't played on any for a while.

    The reason i say that is not because the amount of hackers that play on public hives but because of what they have the ability to do on public hives. I might not have played on many public hives recently but on the servers i have played on, there's been thousands of battleships, hotels, and planes. There's usually a few jets, apache's, and tanks somewhere in that cluster f**k aswell. Anyway all of that is of course possible to do on a private hive but its a lot easier to do on a public hive since all of that has been released to the public and is in 5 out of 10 hacker's menus.

    in ever single server that i have been on a minimum of 1 hacker has been present to nuke the server and in some cases make it so we cant spawn. wtf happened to the number of legitimate players? and how is the anti-hack not working for even the hive servers?

    The anti hack was bypassed a few days ago,and a lot of the high pop servers are getting hit pretty hard. Only the one's with admins that know what there doing are able to keep there head above water. For all the people talking about playing in low pop servers to avoid hackers have probably been either pretty lucky so far or just haven't played enough yet to know that low pop servers are hackers test grounds for the high pop servers.

    Its a infectible hack that will give all players a hack menu and the ability to teleport by clicking on the map. It was released publicly a few weeks ago so literally anyone with a battleye bypass can do this to a server and the server will stay infected until its restarted. Your best bet is to find a private hive with custom anti-cheat which will prevent this kind of thing from happening.
