I'm not on drugs, I got the emote from the steam store, it's free till the 9th. You put it in the chat box and it will do an emote animation. You can see rocket do it in one of his preview videos. He's near cherno and does it there showing it off. Has if not been added yet? You have to use the code fine7 in the store and it unlocks it for your account. It's like the normal emote waving your hand ect.. but it waves your head.

Strange thing is I get a couple more fps with maxed out fov rather than zoomed in. You would think with more stuff being rendered the frame rate would drop.

Set dayz core affinity to, 2. If you've more than 2. Gives me about 8 fps more

Dead space had them, there was nothing shocking about it.

Is this possible?, as it is I can chat to anyone on skype such as team mates without anyone in game knowing I'm around. It would be cool if dayz forced voice to direct chat, it's more realistic that way. Imagine sneaking up on two guys chatting away as they search for loot. Just seems like an enjoyable feature.

I do the same with all games, I don't have a desk and lay on my bed while on the pc, so I map what I can to the controller and use the mouse to aim. Only issue is the limited number of buttons on the controller.

F? I just look at it and click the middle mouse button, just like everything else. Am I missing something?

Oh and that doesn't happen in skype already? What is your point?? You are using something that already happening in skype etc and putting it on dayz as a bad thing. The broken mic thing is not a problem as I have said way to many times now. And the bandit is giving away his position. He wouldn't do that, you like others are just grabbing at anything you can and making things up.

Should be just melee weapons on the coast, maybe the odd gun in someones house under their bed if you're lucky. Moving into the map you find hunting rifes, shot guns in farmers houses, maybe in a barn. Hidden. Then as you get to the big air fields and bases you can find better gear. I'd much rather have all military loot protected by lots of military zombies. Like the old heli crash sites. And have them be random spawns like the helis. Rather than run to NW airfield and get all your gear. Also be awesome if there was some kinda big mutant zombies or monster that hunts survivors. Killing it would drop some nice loot.

It picks up voice because it has relatively low oscillation and is close to the mic. It can easily pick out voice over most background noises. And would only be sent when the persons talking. This kinda thing is used with online voice a lot. you must of encountered it. Even on xbox live I think they have it.

I'm not talking about software in a mic. You don't need a good mic to uses noisereduction. It can be put in the game. The game will set your mic to the right level. and so on. Then lets get the night time out of the game, because it's in the same situation.

I'll just say this one last thing, games are an experience, you live in the game world and experience it, the more experiences the better, It's not about getting all the advantages and killing everyone.

This is like the 4th time I've said it. Noise reduction. It stops all noises that are not your voice. You are just picking at anything and everything.

Why should I with such seemingly commonsense-less points. I'm not going to explain every single detail down to the atom.

Yes I do, it's always interesting to hear people talking. when i'm sneaking up on them, or hearing a new guy that just joined trying to figure out how to play.

You talk about it as if its going to send your voice even when not playing. And you would know not to talk about bank details while playing dayz. But. Whatever.

It's part of the game as in it IN the game, Changing your pc setting and hardware is not part of the game. Who are you to say what will or will not be done?
