The statue and transmitter are located at 037120, is this correct? Not terribly far from Pavlovo-Zelenogorsk and Green Mountain. -

I think the most important characteristic of a Hero is to keep things cool no matter what happens; not to let your behavior be driven by strong emotions, and having constant awareness of what's happening. Being down-to-earth and expecting nothing in return, but able to cut loose anybody who's not willing to co-operate.
