    I apologize for the trader i should have put incomplete for the trader, and vehicles do spawn there is at least one vehicle in each town people just take them so they are moved up north, im sorry i cant fix the players some are nice but some aren't, and what do you mean by instant death?

    When i try to connect to my server through my ftp i get this error "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Connection failed." and when i connect to my database i get this error " SQL error (2003) in statement #0 cant connect to my sql server on "myip" (10061) im not sure what the pro problem is but i think it is with a port not being open but i have opened all of them that affect or are involved with my server
