Its not, because its happen to a few other people before with the chem light, they pick someone else's up and get auto banned

I have nothing at all, and I'm 100% sure a gobal ban because the admin of that server is friends with me and I've been playing on that server the last 2 days, until I picked up one of my friends chem lights
