  1. I highly doubt you will have a great experience. Since hughes net is a satellite based internet, there is an inherent latency between you, the satellite, and then the receiving end. Then all of that in reverse. While this is true of every connection, the satellite adds a large delay. The best latency you can probably expect from hughes net will be in the 750-1000ms range. That means by the time you see something happen, it will have been in progess for up to a second. I would consider 150ms to be the highest latency that would give a decent experience; hughes net will not get anywhere near that. Sorry. It wouldn't hurt to run a speed test and check your ping though.
