I think this suggestion is good but it is on that line of realism vs a game. While the suggestion makes sense, it may translate poorly on a mass scale.

Lately all I do is stalk people in game. I don't kill them unless they notice me and get unfriendly. I take a screenshot of them. It would be cool if there was a place to post all the pics of people you take that thought they went undetected.
