AMD FX 4200 3.6Ghz (clocked to 4.2), radeon hd 7730 2gb, 8Gb RAM. Resolution is at 1080, 60hz. Play on medium settings with all effects turned off. Get 20ish fps in cherno, mid 20s in say elektro and anything from 35 up away from populated areas. Before clocking the cpu I'd get maybe 6-10 fps less than these. When people say its mostly cpu that runs Dayz they really ain't joking, mines not really that good but it does alright clocked. New cpu coming end of the month to try and tackle this though as I do crash every so often. -
Can we have Chernarus offline for sorting fps out please!?

So currently sorting out my pc with some clocking etc, trying to run a few test goes to monitor fps etc but I've crashed the odd time and waiting to get back into game is a real ballache. While I realise these measures are there to stop server hopping, I figured it would be a good idea to have a version of the game with no loot and not connected to the hive available so we can do tests like this, rather than waiting to get back in, only causing frustration. Maybe even an offline map just to buzz around cherno and test your settings in peace? What do you guys think? -

Nice and simple, budget is roughly £150/$250. Only issue is my power supply is 450W, and I'd rather not fork out for a new one. any that fit into this category for good fps? Cheers!

Ok here it goes; AMD FX 4100 quad core 3.6Ghz 8 GB DDR3 RAM Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. GA-78LMT-S2P (Socket M2) (as according to Speccy). Dunno exactly what board it is, it has a pcie x16 slot if that helps No idea on PSU details apart from its 450watts

Overclock your system, get a program that shows current FPS, wack settings on high then tone down from there. Ideally find a dead server and go to cherno. Also worth using something to cancel background applications

I only seem to have UK and some EU servers show up, no US servers. I'd rather play with europeans to be honest

I've only ran into 1 bunch (we think) of hackers, they just tried toying with us but never killed us. They started off playing porn, then just kept quoting batman at us, but their VOIP was like the were stood right next to us, no matter where in the town we went. Actually got it recorded
