Ok so I keep seeing people moaning and whinging about hackers. We all know the majority are just people who cant take being killed, however I'd thought I'd share my one moment where I -think- I encountered hackers. Me and my mates are the english guys, the americans arn't with us and possibly hackers. I only say this could be hackers is that the voices was like it was next to us constantly and followed us. It's a bit long, and the end they go flat and apparently vanish. Anyways, what do you guys think?

If it's a function in game (Gamma etc) it's not cheating. -
What's the current hacking status like in DayZ:SA?

I've only encountered possibly 1 hacker in the 80 odd hours ive played SA, compared to countless in the mod. I find screaming HACKER seems to be a convenient get out for people who are bad at the game. -
Probably jamming my W button down, running towards NW airfield, and learning how to play a song on guitar on the journey there and back. I'd recommend it to anyone who plays, even just to practice scales etc!

It's when DayZ infringes on your life you're running into problems. My bus route to work goes past a fire station, I see the tower and looting comes to mind. -
I WOULD SAVE THE WORLD, AND HAVE RELATIONS WITH THE REMAINING LADIES AND NONE WOULD GET PREGNANT/GIVE ME DISEASES.

Well in day maybe the reflection of the petrol (You know, that sort of rainbow effect) could be sorta seen, at night though you'd be screwed unless there was a light source nearby. Imagine chucking a match/flare down or shooting a gas lamp to set it all off. Or just bring in flame thrower tanks.

This is great. Maybe a couple of signals like to point etc. Being able to pour petrol in a circle around a players body, waiting until someone goes to loot and then lighting it to trap them in, all while chanting in a demonic fashion and dancing around the fire would really appeal to me.

Well they run fast and take a beating, in the mod headshots were what you went for unless you had an RPK or something similar. To be honest reminds me of Dawn of the Dead more than anything. It's also worth noting its not politically correct to call infected people zombies, it's considered a slur and should be avoided incase we offend any real people infected with a mutating virus.

You all knew what you were getting yourself into, don't whinge about it now. Personally I like it, gotten a little bored the last 2 weeks of it but I keep coming back.
