im interested in setting up a PVP server with my clan of 40-50 members

so i was running everything on my PC on windows 8 flawlessly, Then i had a problem and had to reformat. I had a windows 7 DVD all ready so i figured, what the hell ill just put that on. After reformatting, i downloaded the same drivers and everything. I used to get 40-50fps no problem, now im getting around 10-12. anyone have any ideas why?

found the issue, i downgraded the beta patch to 103419 and the game runs perfectly

hmm, i shouldnt though. my specs are Amd FX-6100 OCed very lightly on 6 cores GTX 560 ti OCed to 1000mhz 8gb DDR3

hey everyone! we recently opened up a private hive on a dedicated box with the ability to roll back if a hacker hits (we backup every 20 minutes) this dayz server is the only one on the box at the moment and runs great. hey everyone. We recently had an influx of hackers on our server so we whitelisted, now we just need some people to sign up for the whitelist. POST GUID IN THIS THREAD TO BE ADDED We're a Huge clan with a ton of active members, it would be nice to have some non-clan members to play with on our server. We love to do fun shit. you post your GUID on our forums in the Whitelist topic (this can be found by going into any BattleEye guarded server at typing into chat (without the qoutes) "#BECLIENT GUID". that will show your guid to only you. copy it down and post it on the topic. our clan owner will add you to the whitelist. a whitelist is basically a list of whos allowed and whos not. So if you try to join when you are not whitelisted, you are automatically kicked from the game and given a message telling how to whitelist. This prevents hackers from getting on the server. Hackers dont want to take the time to whitelist just to ruin peoples games.

hey guys, still new to DayZ. ive watched a shit ton of videos before hand and knew how to play before i started, now its just down to figuring the small stuff out anyway, just wanted to give other newbies hope. you dont need an expensive PC to play. Im playing on an HP G6 and it runs great on 'normal' settings. i can run some maps on high, but chernorus is always choppy.

DMR, cz550, a tractor, everything. then the tractor exploded and killed me.
