Check inCommanderr that both tha Ao patch and Dayz is still recognised as I am having the same error and I noticed that both were no longer identified in Dayz Commander as being installed... I dont nkow why but there not there anymore. When I attempt to do a reinstall through Commander I got a huge IO error and Commander closed... :(

I just received the same error... Any help here would be great. EDIT: Went into Dayz Commander and noticed that the Arma 2 OA patch and Dayz are not installed... Weird because I was playing Dayz about anhour or so ago.... -

Cheers for this man. I have one steam account version of Arma OA and a disk version, this method worked great. Exported the original key (disc version) uninstalled OA then resinstalled OA using my steam key (OA was not installed on my steam due to fresh install of os) :( Ran OA exported steam key Now have two reg key files that are easily changeable. Top stuff. :)
