I heard HFB was good, not sure though as I've never tried them. -
As I said before plus an OS is really cheap (in Scotland anyway) and the Graphics Card (not video) is not a high priority but still recommended.

Operating System, i.e Windows 7.

Integrated Graphics, that may not be so good but then again installing your own graphics card is easy. Pick one up from a PC store for around $100-$200 and stick it in that PC and you'll be good to go. (Doesn't have to be right away but it'll help)

Arma II crushes GPU as well, so you're also gonna need a good graphics card.Edit: By good I don't mean amazing but good.

Buy Combined Ops, play to main menu on the new account, then download Sixlauncher and play. As for deleting Arma II and Arma II OA. Edit: Remember to delete first. Edit-2: I'm gonna really simplify this, Blue = On the new account, Red = After the new account is made and Arma II CO is bought, Green = Before making new account.

Well you are going to need to have it on the new steam account, you don't have to delete it. As for the location I'm not sure, google will help for that.

You've had your answer many times, let me run it over.-Contact BattlEye if you were wrongly banned -If you get a no, delete all Arma II & Arma II OA files -Then make a new steam account and buy Arma II Combined Operations
