Probably he's a troll, easy mode will break the game. The point of DayZ is it's meant to be incredibly difficult.

Get a friend to drag you to a spawn point and have him put a bullet in your head, once you spawn go pick your stuff up. -
Instead of 5% chance of getting ill and needing antibiotics a 50% chance would work.

What gew said, a DMR will knock you out making you an easy shoot for the next bullet or you will bleed out. Edit: Bleed out while unconcious, just want to clear that up.
