Seriously, the amount of butthurt threads about people wanting to penalize PK is amazing. Stop whining, be more stealthy. Since I started playing more seriously (not running through Cherno asking if a bandit is my mommy) I've died twice, once because of an ingame glitch and the second because of a sniper at NE. It's not hard, just be smart.

I have to admit that with the bandits looking like regular survivors, it is harder to tell who is actually in need of help and who wants your shiny things. People need to use Direct Comms more also, since things do get tense up North.

I can't stress enough how fun it is to play with these guys. To have a group watching your back is great and when you die, all you need to do is get some food and go get some gear from the various camps.

Nope, I disagree. First, it is your fault for logging onto a server that you know is, by what you said, crawling with hackers. Also, it would eliminate the unkown factor of being killed. When you are sniped, you do not know who sniped you. Your guys (if they are not a bunch of desync'ing babies) will be haunted with the idea that a sniper is aiming right where he is hiding. But, if you know who killed you, you use teamspeak and simply say "Yeah it was this guy" and your guys just wait it out, knowing who the sniper is and who to look for on the player list, waiting for them to log off. Nope, just no. Eliminates much of the immersion.

The saying "shooting fish in a barrel" could be applied to pre-1.7.1, with survivors with Makarovs on the coast. Now the saying should be "shooting pigs in a bucket" since we have no way of defending ourselves. The mod is going downhill, Rocket needs to add back the Makarov with 2 or 3 clips. I've decided not to play again until they fix this. I might be a whiny carebear, but most people who defend it just don't want to admit that their hastily posted comments were wrong. Edit: While Rocket is "trying things out", I'm still spawning in the middle of nowhere with all my items wiped. Yeah, it might be in alpha, but this is a mod, not a game. He should be fixing bugs before adding shitloads of content.

We play on US 10 when in groups. Also, we don't have an outpost on US 85. Can we have some evidence before you try and ruin our reputation? Yes, Walking Militia is friendly, but if you do not respond to "Friendly?" You will be shot, we are not idiots looking to die.

I've died numerous times due to unfair happenings. Suck it up and move on.
