He said as long as it doesn't harm the company you should be good. People can sue for anything they want, doesn't mean they would win. Although, if one soda has a higher percent chance of spawning the other company (Pepsi/coke, whichever is the minority) could argue that the game is implying that their brand is worse and manipulating people into buying the other brand. People have sued and won for dumber things. -

BI won't ban you, but server admins will. It has become one of the few ways of finding exploiters/scripters in logs. Private hives can look normal, like "US 145 blah blah". If you are 100% you're on a public hive, drop it.

I like how new spawns are unarmed bambis, it makes starting fresh more aggravating. If you knew you could just run up behind someone and kill them, you wouldn't be so anxious about dying. -

People are still reporting Scripties on the forums? Why don't you play on community owned private Hives were hackers get dealt with like yesterday's garbage? I personally recommend Planet-DayZ.

This mod is in alpha, so it's good. People play this mod like it is in full release, but the come on to the forums and cry "DA GAIM IN ALFER, STUP WHINEN" These messages are needed. -
Someone trying to run over you isn't exactly innocent. Ignorant post is ignorant. I do love that feeling when you kill someone who engaged you first, it's always a nice feeling. I'm not the gloating type though.

when you log out in those scenarios, you are logging out to avoid combat. So yes, it is still combat logging, but I would call it combat dodging. I've yet to log out once when i have seen someone or been shot at. I guess I understand the meaning of "video game". It's just a game, the bullets won't fly through your monitor, trust me.

Why would I ever play a zombie survival game where I can't enjoy it with friends? This would just increase the number of lone-wolf bandits and is way too radical. -
Really.. am I the only one who does not believe he got 24 kills.. especially since you can't zero a DMR and HE rounds take up pistol ammo slots, with all the Mak rounds you used, you would've been out by now, especially since it does around 800 blood damage.. Seriously though, you don't need to make up stories to try and impress people, no story in the Bandit camp fire has ever impressed me. Short and sweet, this story is bullshit and anyone who believes it is mentally disabled in some way.

I'm going to be cynical about this and guess the true reason you let him on your computer was that he said he would get you free hacks. What he most likely did was copy your ArmA CD key and/or give you a virus. -

"Proper bandit", please, they all are so inexperienced. I think like a CoD kiddie and instantly realize what they will probably do and they do it. Bandits are easy, the hackers are the only ones who get me in the end.

No, it's not legit to use, you're exploiting the game when you use hacked weapons. It's okay with Rocket, but he doesn't own the servers.
