Looking for someone who knows how to use map editor

When in the main menu, press "Ctrl + E". It will bring up a list of maps that you have. Pick the one pertaining to your mission and when it loads up, it will look like a normal 2d map editor. Then, from there, load up the edited map you want to use by clicking the 'Load' button. Then from here, click "edit in 3D". This will allow you to basically edit in a Halo Forge-ish mode. Look up tutorials to save the map and what not. there are a lot of them out there. The 3D editor is a Dev tool that was sort of hidden in the game and can sometimes glitch out. Have mutliple saves of the map you are editing. -

Remote code execution sounds like you used some third party program or script. -
Bad way of asking "hey I got banned is there anyway I can change my CD key?" because no logical person would let a friend borrow a CD key on a game that doesn't even ask you for a CD key.

At this point in the mod, with so many private hives, just keep it. You can't be banned for it by BE, unless you yourself scripted it in. Enjoy the good gear while you have it! -

Nah, with a community as big as DayZ's there's bound to be a lot of children crawling around mashing their keys for attention. You just have to tenderly bury them alive in the Graveyard.. like in real life, right?

You can't dance in DayZ. The dancing script is pretty easy to see in logs. I'm guessing that's why they banned you.

DayZ coming to console port?

Rockets already said PC port > console port. So anyone coming into this discussion who thinks it will affect the DayZ standalone can calm down and let go of their safety blanket. -
Have you tried changing your graphics settings? If you're confused on what to turn off/on, there's some tutorials somewhere on these forums that worked really well for me.

The DayZ community is amazing. With a large fan base like DayZ, you're going to have those few self-entitled pricks who whine about unnecessary things, but it's still amazing. Any troll can make an account and post things on this forums, they're not part of this community. Why would Rocket post things about DayZ on a forums where basically everyone owns the mod, using Reddit is just a form of advertisement, probably not his intent, but it is. Rocket is actually pretty active on the forums, which can easily be confirmed by looking at his posts.

Get used to it, it happens a lot. It has been happening since the big rush of players. I always assumed it was DDos'ing so I just ignored it.
