    All I'm really seeing is a few people who are new to DayZ and don't understand how it works. Features come and go, so getting all Internet-rage on them is pointless. Yes, make a thread about how you don't like it and if enough people agree with you, I guarantee it'll be removed soon. You're players are probably complaining to you because they sprint through Cherno looking for guns to shoot people with. Possibly suggest to them that their play style is not working and they should adapt. That's what a survival simulator is supposed to do right? Cause adaptations in your play style?

    Actually, you're testers of an alpha for a Standalone. If you don't like the idea of testing features that could be put into the SA once polished and worked on, then I suggest you uninstall DayZ and go back to Minecraft. DayZ's destiny was to be a permanent Alpha for the SA. If you're not happy with that, uninstall it. Wait for the SA.

    I think another problem similar to this is when you fly over a forest, people seem to glow, even if hidden in a shadow.

    All the yung'ins don't know how hard we had it! Srsly though, my 2 month of playing DayZ religiously was when I found my first M4A1 CCO, a month or two after that I cherished my first NVG pair. Now NVGs and AS50s are the norm. Back to the roots! I might start playing public servers again. Try crawling instead of running. If you don't have the attention span, then I think a few private servers still have the "The f***'s "survival"? I just want AS50 warfare!" mentallity.

    I like how the DayZ mod isn't doing what Minecraft did and just start to steal other mods ideas. They're staying innovative. Sure, crafting has been in other mods, but not sight crafting, as far as I know.

    Not everyone understands how a forum works. For some people, this is the first forum they've ever used. Plus, your post was off topic, not informative, a dick move, and uncalled for. How about we act like adults and not children, yes? We're already known for being the hostile forums, you're just reinforcing that stereotype. Colekern did what should be expected, and he's supposedly 4 years younger than you.

    It's the same with phone companies and international calls. I'm no expert and neither are you, but it probably costs fractions of a dollar for international connections which add up to a lot.

    Turning the key would make it a simulation, but changing gears and using the clutch wouldn't? I like the idea of having a process in helicopters too, so you would actually need a pilot.

    I've seen remote exec restriction kicks before, it /can/ happen if you try and use C.E. to modify game values. I don't know what else trips it, though.
