It also reset my backpack to a coyote instead of the alice I had. When I picked up a hatchet, nothing changed. Besides me getting the hatchet.

We went back to the same exact server after though. And I don't think it was a private hive, it doesn't say that in the server description. (US 3484? I don't know what 3DP:1 means though) It also happened when he disconnected and re-connected. It is the same spot as when we logged out, with our characters in the same exact condition. I'm using Play WithSix

Hey everyone, new DayZ player here. My friend and I just started yesterday and have actually managed to make great success. However, whenever we log out and log back in, all of our items have been reset. This is massively frustrating, since we had just managed to to find great weapons, food, and drink. To log out we abort the mission, then disconnect, then close the whole client. Is there something I am doing wrong?
