I really like this new patch, But I've only got one thing to say. The abort option says 30sec until you can abort, but it's not 30sec, it's more like 1½ minute tbh, which I find really annoying, if it was 30seconds it would be great, but I wait much much longer than 30sec. Just wanted to point it out, not hating, thanks for the new patch, keep it up :)

Oh and have you tried joining a other server, finding a map, and see if that works? Else you can always just Alt + Shift + Leftclick anywhere on your map and it'll show you how to get there, just saying :)

Well, if you can't find anything on Google or anywhere else, try reinstalling the game (Arma II) I dont know tho, but it's always worth a try.

Why dont you just join a low populated server? I dont think that theres someone willing to create a server just for you, not to be a dick or anything.

If you have a gun, and know how to hit a target you shouldn't be scared. You can also ask if people are friendly, try hiding in bushes etc. I dont really know what you mean about a "scare factor" because as I see it, it's not that scary, but you get paranoid while playing, in the fear of meeting other players, zombies and so on :) Try getting in a shootout with some people, if you've got nothing to lose, maybe that can help you getting that "kick of adrenalin", and after the shootout, you'll maybe find out that it ain't scary, but god damn funny. I dont know, but I gave it a shot :)
