Earlier this morning I was playing on the FluffyBunnies server with another new player (Orcorog or something to that effect). We are in the woods near the main highway along the coast of Chernerus when we come under fire from a sniper/hacker. My buddy dies immediately and I last only a few more seconds, grevously wounded but still breathing somwhow. The sniper approaches me after he realizes that I lived on and shook me down for gear and was apparently going to let me off. But my unfamiliarity with the game was on display as he asked me to perform acts that I don't yet know the controls for. He then posed the question "Are you a noob to this game" and "How did you find this game. Answering yes to the former and reponding with SideStrafe and Frankie to the latter his tone went from indifference to menacing and informed me one of my answers (Side) was good and the other (Frankie) was bad. He then proceeded to shoot me in the face, finishing me off. As a fan a Frankies' videos I gave a bit of thought toward asking if he and this sniper maybe had a nasty run in once before. While searching for a way to contact said youtube celebrity (I don't do facebook) I came across what I think is the answer to my question. There apparently is some big stink about Frankie himself being a hacker (which has been exhausted already on another thread here so I wouldn't comment on that if I were you). My long and drawn out point being: you really have no idea who is out to get you and who isn't, and even though getting assassinated by some douchey sniper/hacker sucks, you can still garner some potentially useful game information from it.
