Couple DayZ ago I was chilling in good ol' Novo, looking to have some player interactions. Meet 4 guys. 3 semi kitted guys and a fairly new spawn. 2 of the guys had guns. And so did I. But we called friendly and did our own thing, no problem. I'm not into killing but I saw a guy drinking a pipsi, I thought this is my chance to make contact. He had a weapon out so while he was drinking was my safest option, I called out " yo man, friendly?" he calmly replies "yeah dude just looting up". Seeing as I had the drop on him and im the exposed, I said quite firmly "put the weapon away man. just wanna talk" He proceeds to do so. I come out of my hiding corner and show myself. I showed myself and he put his weapon away. Everythings okay. I have my weapon lowered (Crossbow) But still inline with his head if he tried anything, and what do you know he did. Pulled out the weapon, aimed it towards me. In a split second, i raised my crossbow and swiftly and cleanly finished him to the head. Why do people not understand what friendly is. I'm the one who talked, I had no intentions of harm, If I wanted to kill you, I would have done so. Peek corner, aim, fire, unpeek. Done. But no people think they are some fucking 1337 quickscopers. Moral of this? -LISTEN! (Might not make much sense but fuck you.) <3

These zombies seriously need some fixing, before the patch they were alright but now. One hit bleed EVERYTIME even with uk vest and clothing. I have gone through at least 10 bandages just from my trip to elec and cherno. And the new melee thing is making it worse when you're indoors. Thoughts?

how realistic is a zombie touching you and making you bleed. You see people in UFC take massive hits and beating and they dont bleed as much as I do.

I kill them. then they lag hit me, or i get swarmed. (if i bleed from 2-3 zombies fine). right now they aren't a challenge. i have come close to near death 3 times struggling to look for a bandage. its ridiculous If it bothers you that much stop going on forums, no one said you have to stop by and tell me there is another fourm.

I honestly hate it when someone posts. "Its Alpha" No fucking shit, you don't need to remind us every 2 posts. Even for a alpha its in a pretty crappy state I have used Rust as an example so many times though but its true, Rust has been in alpha and doesnt have as many bugs etc, and they builded up from scratch. Dayz has ArmA 2 and 3 to build and get ideas off.

Why loot with someone and share the gear when you can have it all to your self?

Sounds good and all but it doesnt help to the whole survival aspect, im not saying you but alot of people want High powered snipers and assualt rifles etc, this is a zombie survival game, and I dont think in a apocolypse you would find a whole bunch of long range millitary scopes and millitary vests.. Although you could find them, it is super unlikely.
