I didn't give up,i just didn't have time to do it.I'll follow every step you guys gave me,except the 1st reply. Arma 2 i have to update first from 1.00 to 1.05 then from 1.05 to 1.11 right? Also,ArmA 2 is installed in Program Files while ARmA 2:OA is installed in steamapps in Program Files(x86).Do i have to move them in the same folder or something? Also,i somehow managed to install it last year,but i really don't remember a thing!

So,i almost punched my PC because of how many times i had to reinstall the games. So,i have ArmA 2 bought from a shop a couple of years ago,i bought ArmA2 :OA through steam a few months ago.Now i see DayZ is on steam.I allways end up getting a error msg i can't show it because i uninstalled everything.So,can any of you possibly tell me what files must i put where,in what order what i must install and what and so on because im so sick of trying without succes to play this mod and i really wanna play it with my friends . If there's any other way of playing the game without using my original copy of ARma then so be it,but please show me

So,i heard through a friend about DayZ and loved it,and now,with steam sales i bought ArmA 2:OA.He told me to use Play withSIX, I have the following things: ArmA 2 Full Game(fresh installed,no patch or anything,i bought it from a shop on the day it was released) ArmA 2:OA from Steam(steam sales) Play withSIX(because my friend told me it's much easier to use,sadly he had to leave and so tomorrow i will be able to play with him) DayZ was installed through Play withSIX I keep getting kicked from every server without a warning,whenever i start the game it tells me like ArmA:OA needs addon CA_signs2(it's a aproximate name as i uninstalled everything while im posting on the forum),or random stuff like unable to load texture or a simple file.I would really love if somebody would help me step by step because this mod is really confusing to install,that or all of the sudden i'm stupid.Help?
