Let me know you guys if my laptop can handle DayZ

but the game seems to run fine its just the graphics being cut off after spawning.

Ive tried everything on each forum and nothing works. So does my laptop really seem to be the issue?

I posted a picture of my DayZ issue as a file. I also posted the kind of computer I have if that helps. Please can someone help me with this problem.
