Server stuck on Creating and won't budge past Waiting for Host

So I gave in and purchased my own DayZ server from Vilayer. So far I'm very disappointed. There was 2 things under the Updates section. DayZ 1.7.4.4 and Arma2 99202 Arma2OA 100679 & Filters And installing both would not work, either one or the other, so I tried both. Both of them had the same problems. I can't get past Waiting for Host. Also the server says "Creating" For the past 10 - 15 minutes. Can anyone help? Thank you verymuch. -

I downloaded the file you gave me. I'm pretty sure it doesnt work because as soon as it starts up it says it cant find the .dll files and when i try to search for the X3DAudio1_6.dll it says "Check you're internet connection" Yet im at 4/5 bars. EDIT: You got a skype? EDIT2: I don't understand this, "So you've downloaded the files and installed those specific files individually? Try downloading the files" -

It's ok. But I quite honestly don't understand that post. - Reinstalling windows will download all of my drivers I thought. This guy says "the first thing i did after installing the newest Nvidia driver to my GTX295 card, was to install the DXSDK_Feb10" What the hell is DXSDK_Feb10 and is it compatible with my drivers? Because I don't have his "HD Definition Audio" thing. For my audio driver it says "Display Audio", I also have a driver called "Sound Blaster Recon3" - And he says his "the newest Nvidia driver to my GTX295 card" I don't even know what that means either I am not expierenced in this driver age. All the computers I've had in the past had no problems with drivers. -

Can you add my skype so we can talk because im not familiar with some of the stuff you're saying. EDIT: I selected Intel ® Graphics and my NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards for updates (online) and it said they are both the most updated drivers. -

I just got my alienware and I installed everything and all is good. However when I run the game it gives me an error. I will post my original help thread that was unable to be solved. I am willing to pay money via PayPal for anyone that can fix this, I have a skype and Teamviewer. Is there a way I can just disable all together the sound in Arma? To avoid this problem. I am desperate as you can tell. -

I guess you've given up on me. I guess i'll just have to wait until the standalone version comes out, where I'll run into more errors and problems. :/ It's a shame. -

I tried this before, but I'll try it again. Ill update this post with results. EDIT: The file I downloaded from that thread worked flawlessly, I installed it and it said completed, however when I tried running ArmAII from the Autorun file it gave me the same exact error -

I ran the cleaner, and clicked fix all problems, downloaded the directX file you supplied and it just says "DirectX has determiend you already have an equivalent or newer version of directx installed" EDIT: Still the same error when trying to run. -
