It's a rare sight seeing a good bandit. I like to portray myself as one, I have kos but sometimes it's necessary. It makes me laugh the way people call these coast snipers and such bandits... There amateurs, can't get any proper kills so they head to the coast. I like to hold people up, 90 percent don't comply. Yesterday I was held up by some amateurs, I dropped my Dmr as there was 4 of them and I didn't fancy my chances I was playing solo at the time on my way to meet up with a friend. They could have took my weapons I couldn't give 2 shits... Anyway weapons dropped I turn and face the other way... Bullets start hitting me. I actually enjoyed the fact that I was being held up, I was in survivor skin at the time getting a taste of my own medicine and they shot me in cold blood... No need that's not banditry. I do think there should be some way of detaining people, excellent idea.

Under general just post a topic in the clan/recruitment sub section. If you want a slightly easier dayzdb.com has a loot map for you on there. When you spawn in pay close attention to the bottom right of your screen it will name your spawn point and from there you can figure which path you will take. I'm guessing your from us? I'm from uk I would have volunteered to play with you but my heavy British accent would be a no go.

You sir are a skidmark. The guy asked people's opinions on the hacking situation people are giving them, there will be conflicting opinions. Some players have had a different experience to you. Last time I played in January it was rife on quite a few servers.

On most of the day today...

I agree with a couple of people it's nowhere as bad as it was... Probably got bored or a handful realised how sad there lives are.

Aim for the head. Problem solved. In all seriousness, combat loggers are on par with the coast snipers as the low of the game. At least there slowly putting in measures that stop it, it's been a good couple weeks since my last logger.

I have not noticed the multiplier tbh, probably because I don't chance my luck standing out in an open field. Most that I've see. Spawn in is 2. I'm gonna give it a look when I get back online.

I don't think it was a fluke, there just playing about with things. Yes zombies now spawn in clearings, I wish they would in forests to.

On now if anybody wants to jump in and play.

I've had the same recently no zombies spawning in some cities, always panicking wondering why.

Nobody sane picks up the crossbow, hatchet ftw.

Running with a pistol seems to make you run faster.

FN FAL / M14 and DMR

The sad thing is the game is now one massive death match... It is a lot easier to hold people up with the new update however. Sadly most don't comply and get themselves killed. Me I prefer the old break legs technique, give them 2 options... Death by zeds or c"drop weapon and come take a ride.

Who drives on roads?... It's all about cross country driving or mowing down treas with urals.

Avoid the bigger cities... That's the best you can hope for, sadly most people KOS now.

Just caught up on this topic, quite impressive if you played the majority of them days. I think a lot of the players on this games mentality is to run through elektro or cherno like a headless chicken. So they dont understand the whole survival thing. Personally I don't know how you managed to only get 1 kill, did you not get slightly bored? I guess its whatever floats your boat, personally I like to float from city to city, taking out any other bandits and getting up to some banditry myself. Roaming the coast killing new spawn killers. Most i've survived is 9, but I prefer a slightly more action packed approach.

The reason I bandit was reiterated by an experience I had a couple of days ago and an experience we are all to familiar with. I was up on the east coast and thought I would venture into polana and hit the supermarket, scoped about for a good while no action so I tucked in and filled my bag of goodies. I only packed a cz so I could carry more stuff. I made my way into the back little corner room when I heard a guy run in behind me, he didn't notice me at first tried picking up some loot. He was a regular survivor skin as was I, as I had not long fresh spawned. So I give him the old friendly on direct, he shat himself and ran into the front at this point I didn't want to break my cover and make a dart for it. I still got no reply, so this guy pokes round the corner with his ak Kobra... I though I'd give him the benefit of the doubt I broke cover he shot me twice, I got behind the wall he was still pointing at the door. I had no way out of the situation other than entering the pearly gates so I threw down a satchel and blew the place apart... To many dimwits Cool story.
