I feel the same about your post Anyway there needs to be huge advantages to not being a bandit. Not just a 5% movement increase and a worthless vest.

I havent been playing epoch for more than a day but it was immediately evident that people hanging out at the trading zones, stopping you from trading and stealing from packs is rife. Can something be done about it?

It wasn't meant literally - my point is this - A LOT of players have stopped playing for those reasons. And just because u dont agree with something - does not make it 'invalid'. The fact is the goal posts are always being changed, leaving us continually having no idea whats going on with the development. And in an industry that has so many competitors nearing completing thats a very dangerous thing to be doing. And despite the tone of my post, I am the last person that does not want DayZ SA to succeed - quite the opposite.

No one will be playing DayZ by the time they get around to releasing this game - the entire player base will have played the Mod version to death (no matter how well developed the SA is). I guess I am just fed up of waiting for a game that I am started to get bored of anyway.

I am looking for a decent (experienced) set of players to team up with on Origins. I have beenplaying the game for over a year and meet all of your 'requirements'. Get in touch.

You thought about using a different mod fir your server? I really wasn't impressed with Civilian so far. I understand it is just an alpha, but I really wasn't impressed. I like what you are doing with MiHi (we had a chat one your TS) but this is one mod I wont be playing until I see some serious changes.

Does anyone know why it says I need to finish a level 1 house before I can build a garage or a level 2 house (I have a finished level 1 house and I am a 6700 humanity hero).

As the title says my clan mate and I were banned from the German Epoch server for (as far as I know) no reason. We were not hacking and were following the rules. The IP is 85.190.144.93:2302 - I would very much like to continue, or at the very least be told why I was banned.

Other weapons such as M8's and the VSS Vintorez will be available as a super rare find.

We now have SCAR MK16's and Mk17's, MV 22 Osprey's and HMMWV's. Also with hidden custom weapon caches.

For anyone looking to establish themselves on a new server this is the one for you - very active, meaning hackers are dealt with quickly. Bonus spawns that change each week, custom vehicles, loot and buildings (but still keeping the balance of the original DayZ).
