Just wait 1-2 minutes, when that happens to me, I wait 1-2 minutes and it dissapears, I get in game and everything is fine. -

Yeah I get you, but life of piracy is never the choice, just buy the game it isnt that expensive. -
The way it works is. There is a HIVE Database, there's a special database that 50% servers use, that way you can have gear one one server, and on the other one the same gear aswell, same for the position. There are also Private Hives, there your gear sticks to only that server(That database).

Go to the server name, right click it and it says Copy IP to Clipboard ( If you're using DayZ Commander)

I know what your problem is with the bad version shit. Go to Settings in DayZ Commander and click: Replace original Arma2OA files with Beta files so steam works. It will 100% fix you up with the right version and that should fix the bad version thingy. You can also check what version you have by simply entering Arma 2 itself, and it will probably show it in the bottom right corner.

I feel a lot of people dont get what I meant by this topic. I'm looking for some fresh excitement in a server, a breath of fresh air. I've got good gear and I can only use it on zombies... Two or three hours in the game I had nothing to do but sit between the tree's and wait for someone to show up. I even travelled 5-10 km to find someone, on 3-5 different servers. No camping sites, no vehicles, no people. Its just boring. I've seen videos from like, Frankie or JackFrags and they see so much people its insane, I'm happy if I see a goat -.-..

Could be the server lagging out and your computer is having rendering issues, does the server have any custom objects or anything like that? -

I know I cant force anyone to embrace the price system but it was worth a shot to suggest it. Thank you all for your opinions and time to write them, much appreciated! And yes I did think how someone who really needs something would trade a more worth item for it but welp.

That's what I'm talking about. I was on 3-4 different servers, and NOTHING, literally, nothing. I have a sniper, a good gun and a neat amount of food, but it gets boring after a while if you don't have any human contact at all. Ive seen people play on servers where guys help each other fix choppers and ride around in vehicles looting stuff. But I haven't seen a chopper crash in a week, a car I haven't seen in 2 weeks not to mention I haven't seen a chopper in a month. Slowly its getting boring. Also, I cant find any servers with 100 players(lol) mind giving me an IP?

No that's not what I am looking for. I'm looking for a server with organised attacks, groups and clans of bandits and heroes, people who wish to team and are there to play the game with others instead of camping in houses. CoD is basically a bunch of people calling each other faggots and campers when they're doing the same thing. So I'm not looking for COD! If I wanted Cod I would be playing it right now, but I'm not.

When I first started playing DayZ I teamed up with a fellow named [extacy]Wayne, a friend called something like Gasher, Toby, Dr.Freeman and a guy called Morgan(Lucky coincidence). We used to chat on TS and we wanted to make a Clan, but I had to go for a few weeks out of the country, lost touch with them and now we're scattered and lost, never going to find each other :'( -
Steam: Ratsmon I'm open to friends and anyone who wants to play with me. I'm a bandit only if necessary. Hero if people need help. Neutral if no one attacks and no one is injured.
