I have 4mbps down 1 mbps up and i live in south east asia i can play on AU/ Asia server Us or Uk servers if my connection is good the usual ping i have at US/Uk servers are around 200

Also i am getting kicked off a server and it says battleeye:create Vehicle Restriction 1

What is the Max ping that i can have to play this game smoothly the max ping i encounter is 120 what is the max before everything becomes jumpy i raided the airfield just north of Stary Sobor but i cant find anything except some AKM and shotgun ammo And also any server that is good/hacker free you might recommend Thanks

My Steam folder is in D and when i run CMD It Said C:\Users\User> it is already there and i cant do anything about it C:\Users\User>"D:\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\Expansion\Addons" "D:\Steam\Steamapps\common\Arma 2\Addons" and when i press [enter] it says '"D:\steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\expansion\addons"' is not Operable Program or Batch File Please help
