Usually land mines are underground but covered pits are a good idea too

Its just a cool little feature to end game people that want to set up traps and it would have ideally a 65%' percent chance of exploding

It would be the most rare item since they would be from back in the cold war and maybe they have a chance of not working (since they are old) and you would need a shovel to plant it (so there is no way of putting them in the road) and you could tell the difference between normal grass and mines

What if we could set up old Russian soviet mines in some places (I would say even rarer than the m107 or the rocket launcher) and arm a trap (that would require a shovel and would have diffirences to normal ground) to both vehicles and players to blow up sky-high. Is it way overpowered, what do you guys think?

idk if day z needs a super pc to run it but it's always good to have one anyways my laptop is from dell and runs most games better than some desktops out there(still the better choice is to build a desktop but i dont have the money's or the space to put one) -

guys thanks for the suggestions and i think im gonna buy the mod now and play it even when the standalone is out (gonna buy both)as a 14 year old spoiled son of a bitch i dont have money problems and as for the zombie speed i think it should have something to do with zombie life circle as rocket sad so young zombies fast and old zombies slow anyways thanks for the tips. -
man i really have never seen anyione use such features but idk why do you have a idea?

@jaytmu man i don't expect the game to be perfect right of the bet i just want the major glitches to be fixed during the closed beta testing(such as breaking legs by walking throught doors)because these really break gameplay sometimes and should be fixed before they moving into the super cool features -
Today by the bugs of the mod it's hard to be stealthy withouth zombies giving away your position entirely to the snipers so this modes are a suggestion on how we could improve on zombies and stealth. Zombie Research Mode: Today when zombies hear your gunshot or sound they just go straight running at you like they know EXACTLY where you are so instead of this zombies should go in research mode where they search the area by walking near the gunshot sound or footsteps and when they do find you then all the zombies searching go running at you. Ways to flank zombies: Now that we have talked about reasearch mode why not talk about distracting zombies this could be done by throwing tins of cans,rocks,bottles that make sound and would put nearby zombies in research mode then you can use that as a distraction so you can get where you want(of course players can make the difference between tins of cans hitting the ground and footsteps but however zombies can't because they are dumber) This shouldn't be so hard to code it would be like throwing granades or chemlights but instead of the explosion or light it would only make a noise that would distract the zombies long enought so you could get to your objective. Trash is usefull: Those empty tin cans could be used as a distraction or either could be refilled with food,water or even petrol!Places like the broken down castles or hospitals would have trash such as broken glass,rocks,bricks,broken syringes,etc infinit possibilities! Hope you liked my ideas and if you have a input or criticism i will be happy to hear it

if you see the euroexpo video with rocket talking about the standalone you will notice the real problem as he sad is zombies and how great amount of them make you lag that why cities are laggy and that he greatly improved them by making them more simple in the code. -

i kinda like the feel of they doing this like minecraft because minecraft has a very active community and a dev team that cares for the community.as for the zombies if you haven't seen them you should because they are faster than uzain bolt right now so if they increse the speed they will praticly teleport.as for what i want them to be i want them to be hard but if you got the skills you could easily flank them by throwing rocks,bottles,etc(yes i want them to be like the dumb cops in hitman games lol).
