  1. You managed to get on in the end right ? I think it's down to internet issues and BE playing up sometimes.
  2. No more accurate or deadly than regular bandit players. I've survived 2 days so far, and that's with being ambushed, having my heli stolen by AI's and a firefight between snipers and bandits with me in the middle.. A lot more interesting gameplay than any other server I've been on to date :)
  3. Yeah, I've turned that script off for now. I actually noticed what it had done and asked you if we could put your character back to NWA next to another plane, but you didn't reply.. You did reply to my other comments though, so I assumed you were cool with it. Again though, I'm sorry about that and I'm glad you like the server. I've fixed the survivor AI's attacking on site issue as well, but they will attack in-force if anyone kills even just one of them ;)
  4. Yep, an AI troop took my heli as I logged in to test the script last night and when I tried to shoot them down they nailed me SAS style.. Thankfully I fixed the Devils Castle guards though, I think, and they shouldn't be taking players vehicles anymore. They might grab gear though, but I'm working on that :) The AI heli patrols are all over the map, the AI's both heli and ground spawn the same way zombies do. So when you leave an area or log off, they'll despawn, freeing up server memory and hopefully reducing lag. Still in beta stage though, so let me know how you get on. But remember, these are all random now, so not even I know where they'll spawn or how many of them.. lol

Hey, I see you've had fun with the server updates then ;) Yep, the AI now behave like real players, i.e they'll steal your vehicles to get to their next waypoint (they won't take it far, usually!), they may even help themselves to your gear, so be careful where you leave your stuff.. Bandits are bandits in my eyes, kill on sight and take no chances .. AI or otherwise ;) Did you get to see the AI heli patrols ?
  6. You were shot by the same guy that killed me while I was waiting in the heli on the docks. He came over, asked if we could see him typing, the shot me point blank. Not to worry though, he's also the same guy that got caught steeling from the community base and we nailed his ass to the floor. We've enabled sidechat again btw, for the purpose of people letting us know if they're under siege, find a hacker or need help, so keep that in mind for next time. Thanks again for adding us to your favorites :)
  7. No worries. We have added you to the whitelist. Had to deal with a theif in our camp first, that's the kick you probably witnessed just then! Me and the other admin are flying to Cherno to say hi ;)
  8. Well, if I see you I'll do it anyway and failing that, join our teamspeak. We made the decision to remove sidechat due to the noise :P
  9. @PredatorSchnizel , haha! Sorry, that reminded me of how I felt on a server once with AI (and they didn't even mention they had them). I actually spent 2 hours crawling around bushes and sneaking in and out of buildings trying to find this illusive "player" that turned out to be an AI with a poor aim. Did you see the Heuy btw? That other player I think was me, and I found a dead player next to a Red car in Balota, so when I saw them log on again I actually heli lifted it for them and dropped it where they'd re spawned but they panicked I think and logged off again. I'm really glad you like the server and give me a nudge next time you're on so I can white list you, which will let you get on even when Admins aren't around. Meanwhile let me know if you have any other questions and good luck with those AI's ;)

    Monitor Not Updating

    NB: Please do not private message me asking for help if you haven't even read the readme on my github page. I won't reply to questions like "can you help me set this up" or "I need help with everything, I want this working and always on". Try my debug monitor, there are two versions. An always on version and a trigger version (where you need to press a hotkey). It also has the added bonus of being duel display, so your admins get one version (an advanced debug) and your regular users get another (the standard debug) ..   13. This statement fails at being neither a Troll nor a flippant remark (do you make this much sense offline? If so, then it probably explains why you have no friends!). Before you attempt to insult me as well, you might consider cleaning up your grammar a little first. I prefer to be insulted or trolled by people of higher IQ than yours! The young lad that posted the original thread for me, was doing me a favor. So in his defense, either lighten up or get outside more. In other news, the server listed above now has scripts for Vehicle Tow , Heli Lift and Removable Vehicle Parts. It's absolutely FREE to play on our server (as the forums inarticulate village idiot "Dudeist" kindly pointed out in his own retarded but lovable way). Just added the following scripts: Tow - Large vehicles like Urals, Buses and Tractors can now tow other vehicles (all bikes, cars, vans etc) Heli Cargo Lift - The UH1H and Mi17 can now cargo lift other vehicles around the map. Remove vehicle Parts - You can now remove parts from one vehicle to fix parts on another vehicle (just don't steel from another players vehicle, if you're caught you'll be banned). More additions coming soon...

    DayZ Mod 1.7.6 Update

    I was actually talking about this exact same feature with a friend today. We both believe that it wouldn't be difficult for the aircraft to assume an autoland procedure either on flat clear land to where you were kicked/logged or to the nearest airfield (say its an airplane for example). When the user logs back in, they should also be logged back into the vehicle ;)

I run a private hive and have a custom scripts.txt file, so it would be helpful if the developers would provide just those lines that are effected. I find the initial support on this mod a little "as it comes" lately.. When people ask questions it would also be nice if the forum moderators in particular didn't gives stupid replies like "well, it works for me". Try helping and stop being a bunch of ignorant smart asses! :P

  20. Removed road blocks and customised the military tent spots a little ;)
  21. Weapon Shop "Drop" party this evening at 10pm (London Time). The location will be announced 10 minutes before we open ;) All weapons and ammunition are free-for-all. Come grab what you can , while you can. After that we'll be taking everyone on a bus ride through Cherno and Elektro for a little zombie fest, you know, so you can try out your new weapons and all :P
  22. Click the tick next to "Hostname" . Keep in mind though that dayz commander and the likes use this information to check that you've got the right dayzcode etc.. So always include the version and mod (let me know if you need further help with that).
  23. So far we've had a poor service with Dayz.st , every couple of days has seen us without service for up to a few hours. There's also the issue of lag which is effecting everyone, so I can confirm this is a dayz.st service issue. However, I can't complain anymore about them on their threads due to the bullying and trolling. So if the issues continue I will look into another provider and we will move over within the week.

You obviously feel that I shouldn't be complaining about it , so looks like both statements you've made are intended to provoke an argument yourself. I know this trolling of yours wont stop until I stop responding, so knock yourself out... and your buddies too!
