Agree with many above. Quad-core would make the biggest difference, but finding one in the price range maybe difficult.. Then I would go with 8gb for memory.

Ordered the board but I am now second guessing it. I know it is a good board but it will not take full advantage of my video card. Albeit the increase will only be about 10% in production for the card.

Drafting software use every ounce of the 16gb that I have at work (need to upgrade my home PC which is also used for work) on my i7 3770. Granted 32gb is overkill but it would built for future upgrades. Gaming is secondary when it comes to my machine.

Now what original game would I need to buy to add this mod to? On a side note.... I have been designing homes/buildings for almost thirteen years now, and the software I use can export 3d models in many different formats. With that said, who could I talk to about helping with modeling, if even needed. I have always wanted to help with something like this as a hobby.
