Nah, it should depend on what they were holding at the time of death. Backpack would stay on, it ain't like they'd take it off. If they had their primary equipped, that'd fall on the ground but the secondary would stay in holster, and vice versa. (with the primary slung over their shoulder)

I was once banned off a server because I complained about the gear that you started with. Absolute bullshit, almost as bad as yours.

That'd be the tradeoff for a .50 cal.

I'd prefer it if you could choose where it equips. Handguns are more common than main weapons.

Very good idea, even if it is simple. This would be also good if you could use a knife as a melee weapon combined with either a handgun or torch.

It would be good if it were only for your player, (maybe two different markers?) and also if waypoints stayed on the map after reset

But in the case that the door has full strength or the player is in the middle back seat, or even back of the truck, the body would and should stay there.
