I think this is a fantastic idea. But i have to admit. It seems like if you added everything you listed here(Not counting things that are existing already) like the medical system and stuff if would seem a little....what should i say too realistic because if you make a game too realistic it becomes....not as fun. Just my opinion. BUT! If you took a little bit of everything you listed here and just peppered it onto the standalone i know it would be great. :thumbsup:

Ok we have seen people requesting ideas about new weapons(Guns) not much about melee weapons. The only thing we have is a hatchet but what if we had other weapons(melee). Some could be just weapons for the main purpose of killing but on the other hand some could have other advantages like that hatchet for ex. it can cut wood and be used as a weapon. I have seen in some videos online about how people wish that the hunting knife could also be used as a weapon. Which i should save for another topic. How about adding things like a baseball bat, knifes, butterfly knife, etc. Tell me what you think and also be looking out for new ideas and cool stuff. Thanks. And please no silly comments like in my last topic. P.S I have a really good idea. What about having a multi attachment tool in the game? & how about M.R.E(meal ready to eat)(would fill your thirst&hunger) Military base spawn only?

Thanks for all the comments guys. Some of them in the begining were really stupid but im glad you got into detail later on in the forum post. My next idea will be fully check over so that i have no flaws and so that it is easier to comprehend. One more thing whats up with the CoD posts? This is DayZ....

Thanks man. I was hoping this might get into dayz standalone. Also what is your take on my unique idea do you think its crazy? What advantages would it have and what disadvantages would it have. Would it be good for the game OR Bad for the game?

Here are some reasons Make them extremely hard to find(thus keeping the game from being to easy) They would make the game a little bit more fun than they have made DayZ easier to travel the distance To keep from making the game to easy you can not just fly anywhere only by jumping from helis. or tall mountains. Playing the game more is an effect because it would cause players to want to find one so that they could feel as if they are there own human jet -Some ways would be to make it to where you could actually control how high you would go and easy turning(unlike parachute) -Invovle weather. Make it to where if you try to fly in the rain with it it would be very hard to control and could mess up your wing suit thus you have to REPAIR it with a specific cloth, etc. (Your choice) -You can shoot down flying players(allowing them to take there wing suit)(if damaged in shooting they must repair it) That is all. -Bilbo-

No honestly cut it out with all the ridic. comments. And I like cheese im not talking about far cry im just saying it would be really cool to have plus its not crazy and its realistic. We could only use it if we were high off the ground and they would only spawn in high mountain areas
