That's not a terrible setup you've already got there, you must be running at a high res/ high settings for it to drop to 20 in cities? To answer your question specifically though, like everyone has said your CPU is the bottleneck. I'd recommend upgrading to something like an i5-2500k, you can get one for like £150 If you're planning on swapping to the standalone when it's released however there may be no call to upgrade as it's been said DayZ SA will be optimized to handle zombies and stuff much better.

Some servers like GB 500 have a debug monitor which show fps, could try joining one of those if you're ultra lazy
