So, is everyone getting FPS, laggs in dem big cities? Like the new city, at Balota, im getting like 10/16 fps or something there lol. Its really anoying :(

Sup. So my guy is sick, i'm at Balota, trying to find Antibiotics, i cannot find one. I tryed, the army camp the Hospital-tent, thingy there is no stuff in there. Where can i find some antibiotics. I found some Coal-tabs, or something it did not work.. I dont want my guy to die.. :( I'm going to bed now tho, if someone wants to give me some Antibiotics tomorrow? I tryed, every house in Balota, nor the airfield, i did not find anything..:( Or just tell me where, to find some Nearby-Balota.. My skype is ;; SpyChickenn. i got a ;; i5 3570k GTX 780. And in the new city, at balota with all the apartments. Im lagging in there, like some FPS laggs, in the buildings, nor outside. Like, im just walking in 'some bigger city then usually, ', or in some village, im getting like fps lagg's, 20/30, seconds between them. Someone else have it?

i live in europe. I just got done with work. I come home, going to play DayZ, and boom, its night time again? I did not even play in the day-light, once. What is up with this crap?
