lower resolution = less work for ur system = better performance however this does not work in all games, as some have pretty much the same performance on all resolutions

for upgrading current pc, if u buy a cpu alone, u might have trouble installing it (mother board incopatible etc) same things goes for gpu, to be honest. but i do understand the budget limitations

if upgrading, i think u definitly need a new cpu and gpu :) if i were u, i would buy a full new pc

really guys, set high priority to arma2oa.exe in task manager. it gave me 10 extra fps (to a total of 40)

in task manager, set arma2oa.exe priority to high, in steam arma2 arrowhead launch options set -cpucount=2 to enable the use of the 2 cores *edited* also, some servers tend to lag, while others tend to remain stable. Play this game on a variety of servers, see if the lag is persistent everywhere.

Hello, guys. I bet ure expecting me to give u some tips on how to gear up quick. Well, u might hear a different story :). Today, i was playing on a certain US server, and as usual i decided to relog in order to get my AK mags to be full. After having done so, i did not believe my eyes, as what i saw was the following: my character had completely different gear than when i logged out. In fact, i did not regret this change as with it came everything u can possibly dream of: nvg, range finder, coyote pack, med supplies, AS50 with 7 mags, and M4A1 CCO SSD with 6 mags, and other more common items. Even though i did have most of the good stuff before, what i got today was more to my taste. Conclusion: yall should love the DayZ glitches <3 Discussion: up to you :)

Guys, you have all heard plenty of times how people cry for respawn confirmation pop up window. So here is one more such cry of despair. This feature really needs to be applied to the game. I am not a programmer and cant really judge, but it does not seem all that difficult to add this. And it is certainly required. When you are playing DayZ, at certain points it can get rather intense. You can die of a few zig zaggy zombies, of a noob trying out his new gun, or of a pro sniper making a youtube montage and seeing you as nothing more than a good video material. But you are not supposed to be dying of some shitty stroke of misfortune when your luck fails you utterly and your hand drives your mouse over the cursed respawn button, and bam you accidentally click on it. THAT JUST SUCKS BIG SWEATY BALLS, so to speak. Open up your eyes, Rocket, i know this happened to you too. Now it is your job to make this *shit* stop. Live long and prosper, but please fix this. anyone can make mistakes. so an answer like *ure a noob, look where u clickin* just shows how stupid u are i am not a noob, ive played this game quite a lot. my char that i *respawned* was at 600 zed kills and almost 2 month life length.

ok so lets all play call of duty, lets just run around ridiculously small maps and shoot. HOW? EASY! same thing all over and over again. Your point lacks logic. Some of the most popular games are repetitive.

wow... to be honest with u, my first reaction to this was a trololo. "make servers with no player killing" man this game is all about player to player interaction whether thats killing or befriending. Zombies are there to make it slightly more difficult and to encourage people to team up. Nonetheless, getting killed by a player is nothing unusual. And dude, this game would be boring if players were all friendly. Its not that fun to shoot at retarded zomies that are running around in zig zags and die of one shot (most time).

try updating with six launcher, maybe it ll do the trick all by itself
