Maybe the two signals are *confused* as they are sent from one ip to the server strange though cause each pc has a specific physical address anyways happy new year and hope that the stnadlone will fix this

well, at least you know how to partially fix this... simply put, its something with wifi and dayz not liking each other

What happens when you play dayz only on your laptop (over wifi) without anyone playing on the pc?

Best thing i can suggest is start steam as admin. I really cant think of anything else haha good luck edit: do you have any other computers you may be able to run dayz on, to test if its only the laptop that is getting this problem? maybe the wifi receiver in the laptop is defective...

What about other online activity? or is it only Dayz?

i did it, its all good u might have to replace aram2oa.exe from .../arma 2 operation arrowhead/expansion/beta to ur .../arma 2 operation arrowhead main dir and ure good to go

Probably the first and thus unique montage of DayZ gameplay in slow motion. Hope you enjoy the true beauty of the game as well as of the gameplay. Recorded in 50fps, 1440x810 resolution from 1920x1080 native. Edited in Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas Pro 10. Small stuttering due to the heavy effect of such high quality recording on the game performance (ARMA 2 itself already kills your fps, and then there is also recording...) if u were playing as u say at 10-15 fps ther eis no way the vid would be in 30fps forget fraps, its really killing fps as u just saw use dxtory instead (thats what i do and its much much better) ur problem currently might be that ur hard drive is not able to write decent speeds (u need approx 200mb/s to write full 1080p @30fps; 120mb/s to write 720p @30fps) fraps recording might be shutting down because of that, although im not sure, just guessing try recording to a different hard drive than the one u have arma 2 installed on (not C or D drive, but completely different installation drive) dxtory for example allows u to record to multiple drives at the same time, so if u have lets say 2 shitty drives with approx 70mb/s each, ull be able to combine them to haev a 140 mb/s write speed. although its always better just to have one with 140mb/s xD gl and happy recording

as much as id love to do somethign like this, i still have to bear in mind that only to learn how editor works will take quite abit of time. im really low on time these days xD ill try to have a new vid out by christmass or new yearday. if anyone has an arma 2 editor tutorial link then please let me know :) thx in advance

well i cant :P i get 60 in cities and 100 in plains, thas enough for me this montage is only dayz gameplay, nothing scripted, everything purely from the game itself, and that is what makes it real

once its out, ill definitely do i also just only recently found out a few days of improving performance while and quality of recording so the next montages will be by far better

have u ever seen anyone have more than 80fps in cities in ARMA 2? lulz but u also gotta know that there is some blending and overlaying frames effects to get that smoothness in slo mo from original 50 fps (thats not that high when u slow it down to like 5 fps, which i did)
