Well, where to start? Well, I was running around (I can't remember where to) and I found a group of friendly people. I had an AS50 (My first one). When we went to the NWAF, everyone was just doing their own thing, looting stuff, searching for vehicles, etc. Then, one of their douchebag friends runs me over in their car. They weren't planning to kill me, their friend just thought it would be funny. Everybody was mad at him, and he kept my gear. I never saw him again. Another time, I went up on the sniper hill in Elektro and saw a dead sniper. I grabbed his stuff which included rangefinders, DMR, M240 or M249 saw (can't remember), GPS, and all of this other great stuff. I put my DMR in my coyote backpack to grab the M240/9. My backpack had 10 spaces. When I switched, of course the DMR mag disappeared (my only one) but there were still 4 or so spaces because the LMG mags (?) were taken out. So I went into Elektro, going to the fire station to find DMR mags, but on my way I decided to go into a residential first. After looting stuff on the 2nd floor, I look at the stairs because I thought I heard footsteps and zombie agro. A guy with a hatchet pops out and I think "Piece of cake". Nope. I back up a tiny bit as a reflex and fall through the damn wall. I fell unconscious. After I was about to wake up, the guy finally realized I wasn't dead and hit me in the head with his hatchet.

Do they seem threatening? Shoot them. Do they have the bandit skin? Shoot them. Do they have a Ghillie suit? Shoot them. Do they have a sniper rifle (sniping)? Shoot them. Did something move? Shoot it. I will not shoot an unarmed player though. I only KoS so I don't get KoS'd.

I have been a survivor, but decided to be a bandit. But now I'm looking for a real challenge: to be a hero. EDIT: It doesn't appear that anyone is on. Has the server died, or does it just happen to have no one on?

Well, I had spawned with an AKM 500m east of Cherno. It was a private hive that I've been on before, but it was a LONG time before I went on it again. Of course, I head into Cherno searching for trouble (and supplies, of course). I see zombies that I clearly didn't spawn. I head into the middle of Cherno and hear gunshots, but they are not toward me. I thought they were m107 shots. In front of me to the left, I see a sniper on the firestation. I shoot at him and miss, he was at medium range, but I'm not the best shot. I believe he saw me, so I zig-zag and get the fuck away. While I was behind a wall, I decided to flank him, but there was a very open spot in front of me. It seemed he was hiding from me, so I take my chance and run. I flank all the way around and go up the ladder, slowly, because he might hear me. Then he looks toward the ladder, goes prone and waits, I figure that I'm fucked. I go down fast. Then out of fucking nowhere, two people climb through me. The first guy must've thought I was his friend. They go up there and kill the sniper, while they were looting the body, I go up and shoot them both, take one of the bandits AS50s and ran out of Cherno, hid in a tree, and ended up telling you this story. Seriously, this happened, like, 10 minutes ago.

Even though I am lucky I can even use DayZ with this computer and keyboard, I need help. Can I change the Epeen Monitor button. Or can I somehow use it without changing it? I've been told to use the FN+Num Lock and FN+Delete, but they don't work, I could use an external keyboard, but is there any other way I could do it? Thanks in advance.

Nope, nevermind I fixed it. I had to download a registery hack for my computer and change the keys... Totally worth possibly wrecking my computer for. :) Edit: And then fails you.
