I can officially confirm this to be true. I enabled the -cpucount=4 option on six updater and got no boost whatsoever. Reason being it was already using all four :) -

Yes the game does perform better with a keyboard n mouse. But, being a vet pc gamer it also destroys my fingers on the left hand while running for literal miles . I use a controller from time to time, to give my fingers a break. To be fair i do rather well with it. -
Attack helicopter sounds absolutely disgraceful. What in hell would anyone do to combat that ? Farm the barracks for a week for a rocket launcher and hope it doesnt do a fly by ? And then quigh obviously miss and farm another week.

Its your post process effects. They alter al lot of settings such as motion blur, dynamic lighting effects and bloom. You can turn those off in video settings.

Im happy with Dayz how it is. I wouldnt really care if dogs were or werent released in the standalone. -
This is a PVP orientated game. Anyone thinking otherwise is a fool destined for an early grave. He had an axe, the other had nice gear. He was fair game. Nice stache btw.

No UH1H on my own Server?

The Heli takes a week to respawn after crashing. Restarting your server all the time is just going to piss people off. -
I double save mine. Seems to work fine as i have 9 tents saving with no problems.

We lost ours the other day to a server restart mid flight. God knows where it is now we checked all the spawns. Perhaps someone ninja'd yours and the same happened. -

It doesnt happen every time you play at all. In all my time playing this mod since its beginning i have come into contact with less than 20 hackers. Less than 5 of which killed me.

Ok so we were flying our chopper around as normal. Then the server goes down unexpectedly. Chopper isnt where we saved it or where it spawned when we fixed it up. Also lost a motorbike we had just fixed. That isnt in its spawn either. Any idea's guys ? Thanks.

When entering a vehicle, your fingers are magically taped together so you cant mess with the cd player. Thats what i think anyways ;) -

Its all about the location of the shot. Arm or leg is half damage. Torso is a 30sec/1min knockout with a DMR, followed by death if they bleed out. Head is a WIN. Damage also reduced on all non anti material rifles at range.

The m24 is a long range sniper, and doesnt need nvg compatibilty to be fair. Leave it how it is.
