    In Pigorodski ? I doubt it. A fair kill to you OP. People often see a hatchet guy as as a none threat. Having used the hatchet to kill many a sniper and grieving bandit, i know how much of a threat they are if a guy gets the drop on you. That coupled with the fact you gave him a verbal warning and he pressed on, means you did the right thing. As to what he was doing, my conclusion is that he found those on a dead body perhaps. A check of the backpack could have confirmed this (if empty or useless gear).

    A suggestion.......Getting my beans.........Well played mate ! Great idea :D Perhaps footprints aswell as broken twigs n paths. That would mean you could track players and groups. Perhaps based on the weight the player is carrying, could alter the obviousness of the footprint/ tree damage.

    Silent hill had crazy knife wielding babies. I remember the fear inside me on seeing those in 32 bit on the psx. This game is supposed to give the player a hightened sense of fear. Im all for it. Its not like you'd be literally shooting children. They are undead. As in already dead.

    2.1ghz CPU is going to hurt your fps a lot. Id predict your getting around 40 on average, 10/15 in cherno elektro ? Did i win ?

    I one shot zeds with the m1911 and revolver 9/10. These are not headshots. I have never noticed a decline in my revolver.

    The problem was that you joined a server on a previous beta, then joined that server. That causes your player to bug out and not be able to ads or shoot. If you had switched/dropped weapon you would have been fixed. As for the one hit KO, its been around forever now. Dont let them hit you :)

    Sorry to say but your pc is average mate. I shelled out £2000 on my desktop. I still drop to 35fps in cherno and elektro on max settings. The guy a few posts above is partially right btw. Your CPU and GPU are your problem. Arma 2, although 3 years old now, is one of the most demanding games ever made. Especially on the CPU. Those command lines you use will not give you any boost at all. Arma 2 already uses the maximum it can from your pc on all fronts. I recommend disabling shadows, bumping a few things up to medium setting (low settings puts more strain on your CPU) and going into your ati settings and disabling ambient occlusion.

    Commander is a lot more newbie and DayZ friendly. Six updater also contains practically every mod ever made for arma at the push of a button. I recommend both to be fair. I use both.

    Hackers are (unfortunately) a part of the game right now. Trawl the forums and look for some of the server recruiting threads. Most will be private (and therefor unofficial) and often have a lot less hacking. Although 70% of the private ones cannot handle the @hive program properly. You may find yourself staring at lootless towns for up to 15 minutes before loot appears.
