    No budget, and the reulution could cause it? Cause I can change that stuff around, and yes this is a old PC I actaully traded an xbox 360 for it, so I got what I got.

    Processor: AMD Phenom II X2 545 Processor (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series Display Memory: 2296 MB Dedicated Memory: 505 MB Shared Memory: 1791 MB Current Mode: 1280 x 720 (32 bit) (59Hz) Monitor Name: Generic PnP Monitor Monitor Model: LCD TV Monitor Id: FNI0000 Native Mode: 1280 x 720(p) (60.000Hz) Output Type: HDMI I average 15 FPS on everything disabled or off. I done everything I can think of and did read, ramdisk,GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1 GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1 Still only get 15 FPS 20 max. If its my PC what can I get to make this better?
