    No budget, and the reulution could cause it? Cause I can change that stuff around, and yes this is a old PC I actaully traded an xbox 360 for it, so I got what I got.

I done everything I can think of and did read, ramdisk,GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1 GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1 Still only get 15 FPS 20 max. If its my PC what can I get to make this better?
